If you received the wrong item, the wrong size, or a damaged item, please send a picture of it and the item's tag to swag@equipmentshare.com. We will contact the vendor and ensure you receive a replacement.

To maintain a competitive marketplace, The Swag Store works with several vendors, each of which ships products separately and applies its own shipping fees. Because of this, orders that include items from multiple vendors may incur multiple shipping charges. To help minimize these costs, we recommend paying close attention to how many vendors are included in your order — choosing items from fewer vendors can help reduce the total shipping fees.

Since most of our items are printed or made on demand, production and delivery typically take one to two weeks. Vendors Horizon and Boundless, in particular, require up to 10 business days for production on most of their products. To ensure your order arrives on time, we recommend placing it two to four weeks in advance.
